Aiki Jujutsu is a Kinesthetic Art that uses Breath Control, Body Movements and Body Positions .
It is a movement art and looks like a dance.
It is also a Martial Art. A serious , mind blowing one, perfected by the Samurais.
The art helps you discover, grow and channelize your Inner Strength . See yourself transform in front of your own eyes. Challenge your physical and mental limitations.
Some call it Qi,Ki, Chi or Prana....

Our instructors are Moku -Roku's ( 4th Degree Black belts) and will guide you at your pace.

Our assessments are well spaced and practical in nature.
